26 Nov T.net at Innovation Day 2018 in Budapest, with a pitch on IoTaaS

EIT Digital’s annual innovation event is back in town yet again! On 27th November, as part of a Europe-wide event series, EIT’s Budapest node will host leading figures from the European innovation arena to showcase the hottest autonomous systems trends in industry, tech business and related policymaking.

Keynotes and presentations will follow in conveyor belt fashion on the paradigm shift in mobility, the latest smart city solutions and why data is the new oil.
T.net will be in Budapest, as well. Our Senior Project Manager, IoT Business Unit, Ing. Federico Pacifici will do a pitch by title “Real-time secure transportation management in Social Internet of Autonomous Vehicles: the IoTaaS approach”.

Today the tech worlds are facing strong important transformations creating great advancements of humanity and business opportunities. Heterogeneous networks are moving toward a new generation of business and tech enabler able to create scalable ecosystems and approaches like the IoT as a Service (IoTaaS) that cover all the IoT technology stack. A new secure paradigm can be applied to the transportation market. It’s requested a real-time intelligent management framework able to guarantee secure communications for the IoT, expecially for the integration of new technologies like Autonomous Vehicles (i.e. SAE Layer 4). Moreover, complex high-values scenarios and projects are forecasted, where data privacy shall be provided for communication exchance beetween pedestrians and things (i.e. vehicles, road infrastructure, pedestrian sensors, etc.).
