Francesco Mazzola
President and CEO T.net
President and CEO of T.net , of which he is also the founder and majority shareholder. He leads the company in the path of innovation and support to companies in technological and digital transformation.
After starting T.net’s IOT Business division in 2015, focused on building the Middleware Infrastructure and developing the Software Defined Radio to allow IoT sensors to communicate efficiently in Smart Road and Smart City contexts. Previously he led the company in ambitious projects, such as the Oncology Network of Eastern Sicily, whose project received the award Excellence in the Information System for Digital Health in 2008 in Cernobbio and the advanced Hybrid Cloud project of 2014, which became a Cisco Systems Emear Case Study. Since 2007 he had worked on cognitive computing, machine learning (HIS, Pollution Air Modeling) and in the development of Software Defined Network.
Francesco Mazzola is a senior member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), IEEE Intelligent Transportation Society and Comsoc. He is also Architecture Leader in the IEEE Smart Cities Working Group. In IEEE he published some pieces on the topic. He has given several keynotes at events and conferences on Intelligent Transportation System. He is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Catania, where he participated in projects in the fields of Smart Farm and Precision Lifestock Farming (“CowTech”) and Internet of Things. He is also an expert in Cybersecurity, Data Protection Officer certified ISO 11697:2017, he holds the position of Senior Innovation Manager of the MiSE (Ministry of Economic Development) and of Privacy Consultant and DPO in important companies and public organizations. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and has attended numerous post-graduate masters.

Ossama Bessada

CEO of Quaenet Inc, which through the subsidiary Quaenet Italia holds 27% of T.net, Ossama Bessada has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master in Business Administration. Among his most important positions is that of Executive Vice President of the Group, Head of Business Unit of VimperlCom Ltd for Europe and North America and CEO of Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. By combining a clear strategy for the company with strong leadership and managerial skills, he led Wind Italy in its evolution. Under his direction, Wind Italy has carried out a complete reorganization from a customer-centric perspective and the creation of four operational Business Units to control the key levers (marketing, sales, customer care) that have allowed the company to compete successfully in the market.
From 2006 to 2008 Bessada was Chief Commercial Officer of Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E. and Wind Telecom S.p.A. During his tenure, he led the Group’s commercial strategy, whereby customers and turnover grew significantly.
Thanks to his experience of over 21 years in the telecommunications field, the engineer Bessada was able to fill roles as the Development Director of GSM Services, where he was responsible for the profit development strategies for Data & VAS for OTH. He has also contributed to the successful launch of several start-ups, in particular as the Commercial Director of Syriatel and later as the Marketing Director of Orascom Telecom Algeria. Today he is a prominent exponent within Accelero Capital.
Elisa Giacone
Member of the Board – HR Manager
Sole Director of AV Investment, Founder and Majority Shareholder after Francesco Mazzola of T.net, Elisa Giacone is also the reference shareholder, Co-founder and Personnel Director of the company, and General Manager of AntonVictor Investment.
Mrs. Giacone has been a Labor Consultant since 2001 and has been dealing with Human Resources since 1997. From 1998 to 2000 she is Head of Human Resources at Air Sicilia S.p.A. where she manages more than 250 workers and takes care of aspects related to hiring and layoff. From 2000 to 2002 Giacone is Coordinator of the Operating Sectors in Cities On Line S.p.A., where she organizes the activities of human resources and contributes to the organizational success of the company.
Since 2002, since its foundation, she is in T.net S.p.A. as Head of the Human Resources Office and specialist in building successful teams: thanks to her work, the company can count on professionals of proven professionalism who contribute to the completion of high-level executive projects.
